By using our site, signing up, requesting an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who may use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services or enter into these Terms. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Our services

We provide business training, coaching, done-for-you services, and digital products designed to help you launch and grow your business. The specific deliverables, scope, and timeline for any offer are described at the point of purchase or in your individual agreement.

3. Appointments and scheduling

When you request an appointment, we will work with you to confirm a time. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to serve you.

4. Payments, pricing, and refunds

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time. Payment terms, including deposits for done-for-you work, are described with each offer. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Some services require third-party fees, such as domain registration, website hosting, and email hosting. These are paid by you directly to those providers and are not included in your purchase price.

5. Communications

By signing up or purchasing, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text regarding your request, your purchase, and related offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

To get the most from our services, you agree to provide accurate information and to participate as needed. You are responsible for the decisions you make for your business.

Our services provide education, guidance, and done-for-you support. They are not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. We can guide you and refer you, but final decisions and filings are yours to make.

7. No guarantee of specific results

We are committed to delivering real value and quality work. However, your results depend on many factors, including your own effort, your market, and your follow-through. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, or business outcome.

8. Intellectual property

All of our original materials, including our frameworks, course content, templates, workbooks, and branding, remain our property. When you purchase, you receive a personal license to use these materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, or republish our materials as your own.

Custom assets we create specifically for you as part of a done-for-you service become yours to use for your business once your payment is complete. This does not include the underlying templates, systems, or methods we use to create them, which remain ours.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to disrupt or misuse our site. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Third-party tools and links

Our services may involve third-party tools and websites we do not control, such as scheduling, payment, hosting, and marketing platforms. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NJN Training and Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, services, or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product giving rise to the claim.
