Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to delivering real value and real results. Because our offers include completed business assets, live build time, and custom done-for-you work, the policy below explains how cancellations and refunds work for each one. Please read it before you purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Our commitment to you

You will not be left with nothing. Whether you join us live or choose done-for-you, our promise is that you walk away with a real, launch-ready business in your hands. We stand behind the work we deliver.

1. The Audacity to Launch Workshop

Your seat reserves a place in a live, hands-on workshop where you build and receive completed business assets during the session.

• Your seat is fully transferable to a future workshop date if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled date.
• Because you receive completed business assets and live build time, payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop and after the workshop has taken place.
• If you do not attend without notice, your payment is forfeited and a new seat must be purchased to attend a future date.

2. Done For You Service

Done For You is custom work built specifically for you, beginning with your interview and continuing through delivery of your completed assets.

• A 50 percent deposit secures your start date and is non-refundable once your interview is scheduled, because it reserves our team's time and begins your build.
• The remaining balance is due on delivery and is non-refundable once your completed assets have been delivered.
• If you cancel before your interview takes place, you may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
• Your package includes the deliverables and revision rounds stated in your agreement. Work requested beyond that scope may be quoted separately.

3. Digital Products and Bonus Materials

This includes the Companion Workbook, the AI Prompt Vault, the First 90 Days Launch Playbook, and any other downloadable materials.

• Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once they have been accessed or delivered.

4. Payment Terms

• Workshop seats are paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered in writing.
• Done For You is paid 50 percent at booking and 50 percent on delivery, unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.
• Domain registration, website hosting, email hosting, and similar third-party fees are paid by you directly to those providers and are not included in your purchase price.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can make it right. We respond promptly and want you to be satisfied with what we deliver. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, on a purchase delivered according to this policy, is a breach of these terms.

6. Agreement to These Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
